When these private automations are used, message content, selected calendar details or article text may be processed by Telegram, Google services, OpenRouter and the explicitly selected model provider. OpenRouter prompt logging and training-capable provider routing should remain disabled in the account privacy settings. No sensitive or confidential third-party data should be submitted to free AI services.

Successful workflow execution data is not retained. Error execution data is deleted after seven days, technical logs are size-limited, local backups are encrypted and retained for 14 days, and Hostinger keeps the separately managed VPS backups configured in the customer account.
